Introduction

For one of our clients, a private school based in Geneva, we are looking for an :

Admissions Officer

for a temporary position - immediately available - 100%

Description of the mission

  • Actively engage in dynamizing the sales funnel by ensuring leads are properly nurtured and progressed through the enrolment process,
  • Establishing priorities and actions,
  • Offer comprehensive sales guidance and information to prospective parents,
  • Implement tailored actions, complemented by an exceptional customer,
  • Identify areas for improvement in the sales funnel process and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness,
  • Organize the agenda and coordinate with key staff involved, admissions,
  • Support the School responsible in carrying out assessments of prospective students per the admissions policy,
  • Ensure precise handling of data concerning leads, opportunities, and enrolment progress,
  • Customized communications,
  • Produce reports to track performance and provide insights for decisionmaking,
  • Design and implement all policies and documentation related to student admissions,
  • Ensure the accuracy of the information deployed.



Required profile

  • Bachelor's Degree from a relevant field (business administration, marketing or similar), 
  • Originally from Geneva or having worked in Geneva for at least 5 years (demographical, social, and economic knowledge),
  • Multilingual (French and English as a minimum) with proficiency level in speaking and writing,
  • Demonstrable experience in customer experience, sales and sectors dedicated to “services at Premium brands”,
  • Experienced in the use of a CRM system (preferably HubSpot or Salesforce),
  • Organization and communication skills,
  • Critical thinking,
  • Leadership skills,
  • Ability to initiate opportunities for self and others and to find solutions to ensure tasks are completed within specified timescales,
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade and motivate others.
