Accounting & Finance Manager 100%

8 months temporary assignment

Beschreibung der Mission

• You manage all accounting, budgets, payroll and administrative tasks related to the accounting department
• You keep the general accounts (including AR/AP) until the closing of the accounts
• You prepare accounts for the auditors
• You draw and monitor budgets with all the departments
• You manage payroll, social insurances and absences/leaves
• You prepare annual VAT declaration
• You establish financial reconciliations
• You are in charge of invoicing and follow-up 
• You prepare and follow-up travel grants
• You handle ad-hoc projects in close relationship with the Executive Director

Erwartetes Profil

• Proven experience in a similar position within an international company
• Excellent command of English (min. C1)
• Good knowledge of Winbiz is an asset
• Proactive, autonomous, dynamic
• Available since June/July for a temporary assignment (8 months)
