Introduzione
For one of our clients specialised in cosmetics, we are looking for a :
Training Manager Cosmetics
For a temporary position of 6 months
Descrizione della missione
- Organize & lead training events online/offline including logistics. Manage Beauty advisors (external/internal) training and retailers training tools ;
- Align with Sales & Marketing on launch plan to plan dedicated trainings ;
- WLB (internal training application) content training, engagement posts, tracker WLB participation and the company rewards (incl. back-office: orders & shipments tracking) ;
- Manage outfits BAs guidelines ;
- Training selling techniques -coaching ;
- Organize the annual Beauty advisor conference & regional conferences ;
- Equip Retail Specialist with training/tools to enable them to lead local trainings for smaller airports & events/animations ;
- Monitor closely training feedback and request needs ;
- Liaise with Global Training for additional training contents, tools and help for specific training.
Profilo richiesto
- Travel Retail experience and Training experience of at least 5 years ;
- Experience in fragrances & Make-up training ;
- Excellent planning, organizational skills, flexibility ;
- Travel 60% of the time ;
- University graduate, economy or business related ;
- Strong team player ;
- Fluent in English is a requirement; fluency in other languages is a plus.
