Descrizione della missione
Together with the team, your primary responsibilities will:
- Partner closely with and be the trusted adviser to Métiers and all hiring partners on all activities related to Talent Acquisition
- Engage with and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the whole selection process
- Share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition activities and tools
- Serve as a standard-setting expert, proposing assessment solutions (pre-recorded interviews, online tests, language tests, interviews) with a coaching approach to ensure stakeholder engagement & a thorough process
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, and perform regular recruitment trend analysis
- Master the use of the recruitment module of our HRIS (Success Factors) and other relevant tools
- Support the employer branding and act as a Digital Ambassador on LinkedIn, XING, Glassdoor, etc
- Participate, and lead as assigned on development work and various project streams across the HR Division
Profilo richiesto
- University degree or equivalent in human resources or business administration
- A minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition with international exposure
- Proven ability to manage large scale recruitments (which includes excellent organization skills and prioritization)
- Previous experience in managing stakeholders, interviewing, and working in multicultural environments
- Previous experience in the humanitarian and/or voluntary sector is a very strong asset
- Excellent command of English mandatory. Knowledge of French is a strong asset
- Computer literate and experienced in using and maintaining applicant tracking systems and databases, preferably SAP Success Factors.
