For one of our clients, an international NGO based here in Geneva, we are looking for a :
BPO Asset and Lease Manager H/F
For a long-term temporary position starting January at 100%

Descrizione della missione

• Ensure that the AM & leases accounting services remain relevant for the needs of the organization and are aligned to the organizational strategy. (Strategy definition remains with Leadership team/Etat major), where the resources are available ;
• Leads the detailed design of the processes to meet the target future state, including establishing key controls and agreed accounting treatments. (Guidance, strategic direction given by Leadership team/Etat major) ;
• Assesses the operational and functional requirements of the métier to define processes and standards, based on input from key stakeholders including RES CTM and auditors, best practice and process gap analyses ;
• Responsible for the design, set-up and testing of the respective financial software module(s). (PeopleSoft, JDE, IRIS, etc) ;
• Leads the development and documentation of business processes which integrates both financial controls & risk mitigation aspects ;
• Identifies and encourages others to identify opportunities for improving performance, optimizing and simplifying business processes on a continuous basis ;
• Works collaboratively across all departments to implement agreed changes to the processes and tools, thereby helping to improve the performance of métier processes from beginning to end ;
• Defines and monitors metrics to manage business process performance against accepted standards and KPI's (e.g. Lean and Six Sigma) ;

Profilo richiesto

• 10 years of experience in business process management in finance ;
• Recognized accounting, finance and / or business qualification ;
• Proven experience in taking the initiative and driving change ;
• Successful experience in working well with a wide variety of stakeholders ;
• Field experience is an asset ;
• The ability to build on and consolidate ideas from all stakeholders, obtaining support and engagement for strategy and plans ;
• Working knowledge of English and French ;
• Excellent computer skills: accounting software, flowcharting, MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft and JDE financials is an       advantage ;
