Descrizione della missione
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from offerand contract generation, to onboarding new comers, to managing life events (job changes, leaves, etc.), to exit processes.
• Ensure accurate data in our HRIS (Workday) on a going basis to reflect the various steps of the employee lifecycle .
• Own and manage several HR administrative processes, such as purchase-to-payment process of HR related invoices, company cars, corporate credit cards, HR reports, etc.
• Support the yearly compensation review and bonus process.
• Support the Payroll process and year-end closure activities working in close partnership with the local Payroll Specialist.
• Organize and communicate employee events and Sustainable Engagement activities both at local and international Group-wide level.
• Own the Swiss page of our global intranet in Sharepoint
Profilo richiesto
• 4-5 years' experience in HR administration/operations within large and complex businesses
• Swiss HR certificate is a plus.
• Interest in Payroll topics. An experience in this area is a strong plus, as well as the desire to learn and grow in this area.
• Fluent English is a must, French is highly desirable, other languages will be a plus.
