Descrizione della missione
- Maintain and update candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and current information ;
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, including phone screenings, video interviews, and in-person meetings ;
- Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates, if required ;
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and interview schedules ;
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the availability of interviewers and interview rooms ;
- Support the recruitment team in conducting reference checks and background screenings as necessary ;
- Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms ;
- Generate reports and maintain recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement ;
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and maintaining recruitment-related records ;
- Contribute to process improvements by providing suggestions and implementing best practices.
Profilo richiesto
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification ;
- Fluent in French, German and English. Swiss German is a plus ;
- 2-3 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or HR department ;
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software a plus ;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously ;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records and data ;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace ;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity ;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment ;
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
