Two sales Developper

Descrizione della missione
- Develop new prospects in accordance with global group commercial strategy and rentability targets.
- Promote Group casting technologies and processes for new prospects or key new projects
- Negotiate and manage prices based on group rentability targets and internal quoting rules in coordination with sales VP, trading business manager and sales administration and cost control
- Manage potential claim and resolve them.
- Bring its support to the trading business unit by addressing issues such as logistic, quality, payment delays.
- Challenge the trading business unit in optimizing their cost to capture incremental rentable new business.
- Identify and promote ideas to integrate more value add contend to increase margins
- Chase and develop new prospects / new customers f
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or business administration.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar position
- Language : French / English / German or Italian
- Capacity to work in team with other sales team members to achieve targets and maximise results.
- Outstanding track records in sales
- Cross functionnal capacities : Work in close relation with Chinese trading Business Unit, R&D, finance, legal, Quality, Logistic functions
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
