Descrizione della missione

• Produce, edit and revise master/evergreen content for main topic pages (first and second level navigation of site map), in consultation with units ;
• Work with technical and design colleagues to ensure coordinated approach to master/evergreen content development with overall new website plan and build across languages ;
• Finalize/further develop content guidelines and new website editorial strategy ;
• Work directly with translation and regional language editors to have final master/evergreen content translated into all languages by end of 2023 ;
• Complete a thorough review and quality check (titles, blurbs, tagging, links) of main topic pages in English before launch in November 2023 ;
• Lead on training and internal information-sharing among web editors and content creators to support web content strategy and web content style guide ;
• Support wider internal communications efforts to ensure understanding of and buy-in for the rationale for changing the website ;

Profilo richiesto

• Fluent or native level English required; French a definite asset ;
• Knowledge and experience in web writing best practices, including SEO optimization; able to write web-optimized copy without the need for further editing ;
• Highly organised and able to coordinate work across various teams Strong interpersonal skills, able to convincingly explain the content ;
• Skilled computer user of web publishing (CMS, including Drupal and/or WordPress) and design tools (Photoshop) ;
• 10 years' editing and/or writing experience, largely digital ;
