Our client, a prestigious multinational company, is looking for a:

Personal and executive assistant RU/EN

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Organize business diaries, 
  • Handle administrative and operational responsibilities in cooperation with the private staff,
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including: private & commercial flights, hotels, Limousine services, free time activities, etc,
  • Coordinate logistics and planning of appointments, meetings and conferences for the chairman,
  • Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties,
  • In charge of incoming mail: review, evaluate & prioritize
  • Track keeping of memberships, licenses, ID papers, medical records 
  • Prepare weekly presentation of all invitations and requests 
  • Monthly review of all recurring events with HCO: birthdays, symposiums…
  • Participate in the organization of meetings locally and internationally
  • Participates in weekly team meetings 
  • Take ownership of the family calendar and constantly keep it updated
  • Some little travel can be required

Your profile:

  • CFC or a Professional Maturity 
  • 10 years minimum of professional experience in a similar role as a Personal Assistant,
  • Russian mother tongue,
  • English fluent (C1),  
  • French is a big plus but not mandatory
  • Good IT skills, 
  • Full dedication/flexibility
  • Dynamism
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • High integrity and discretion
  • Team player and service focus
  • Strong prioritizing skills
  • High dose of diplomacy 
  • Excellent presentation
