For one of our client a life science firm based in Geneva, we are looking for 2 customer representatives with the following requirements :
· Minimum of 3-5 years Customer Service experience in health care/lab or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
· Significant PC knowledge & Windows OS experience
· Perfectlly fluent in the following languages: French, German, English.
Point of contact for patients, health care professionals, distributors and sales Managers.
Prompt and accurate response to customer queries and anticipate customer needs
Provide assistance and information on all aspects of product knowledge, sample accessioning processes and clinical information within their scope of expertise in accordance with official Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Customer Service Clinical assistance:
Provide clinical report interpretation to patients and health care professionals, product information from a large body of scientific material, complex and challenging clinical case reviews with pathologists, doctors and patients.
Managing cases outside of clinical validation criteria.
Communicating on clinical Trials protocols, responding to International inquiries, triaging clinical consultations to Medical Affair
