Our client, an international company based in the Neuchatel region, is looking to strengthen its administrative team with the addition of an:

 

Administrative Assistant - Long term temporary mission

 

The role, attached to the legal department, is to provide a high level of general administrative services and has the following responsibilities:

 

  • Meeting organisation and coordination with external suppliers
  • Travel coordination and agenda management
  • Attributing purchase orders for the department and following invoices
  • Contract management and signature organisation
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

 

You have already a first experience in a fast paced and demanding environment and can handle tight deadlines and periods of stress. You're a team player and have high levels of service, available immediately and are comfortable working in both English and French.
