A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and animated Team/Admin Assistant to provide support to a busy team within an prestigious financial services company based in Geneva.


Administrative Assistant and Receptionnist(EN/FR)


Permanent role to fill for the 1st of February 2020.

You will assist the team with all aspects of:

  • Administration, including organising the busy diary;
  • Data management;
  • International travel arrangements;
  • Scheduling meetings;
  • Expenses;
  • Mail management;
  • Answering phone calls and prepare meeting rooms;
  • Answering clients' requests;
  • Preparing powerpoint presentations;
  • Ad hoc duties that the role may require.

To excel in this role you must be:

  • Highly organised;
  • Strong MS Office skills are essential;
  • Excel proficient user & at ease with figures; 
  • 3 years of experience within an international company, an international organisation or a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven experience assisting a whole department;
  • English or/and French mother tongue, you must be fluent in the other language (C1+ for both languages is mandatory);
  • Strong communication skills and a cheery, proactive approach to work
