Introduction

For one of our clients, an international NGO based here in Geneva, we are looking for a :
IOM and Assistant HR H/F
For a temporary position starting ASAP 

Description de la mission

The Assistant supports and facilitates the work of the Unit in order to achieve the unit's objectives. This includes performing general secretarial tasks, organizing and managing information sharing tools, internal and external events, internal and external communication outlets as well as specific files or tasks such as monitoring the production of the documentation developed by the unit.
  • General administrative and secretarial tasks ;
  • Internal and external communication ;
  • Recruitment ;
  • Training and support – Areas of expertise ;
  • Events Management (depends on request) ;
  • Travel arrangement ;
  • Miscellaneous ;



Profil attendu

• 5 years' experience ;
• Advanced computer literacy skills, incl. MS office suite, Share Point ;
• Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures ;
• Fluency in English and French ;
• Humanitarian organization experience an asset ;
• HR Recruitment experience an asset ;
• Track record in organizational and planning skills ;
• Ability to work under high pressure and remain calm and focused ;
