Description of the mission
- You train customers on the range of product portfolio and quality management procedures (control, measures, software)
- You commission new machines and inspection systems assembled on customer site (FIT/FAT)
- You test new releases of products and functionalities and prepare demonstrations for final customers
- You support customers on technical and quality management issues
- You suggest technical improvements liaising with Product Managers
Required profile
- Technician educational background
- Proven experience in a similar position within an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of Quality Control/Image Processing/Printing Process an asset
- Very good command of English (min. C1)
- Available for frequent travels worldwide
- Problem solving, flexible, customer service orientation
