For one of our client, an international company based in Geneva, we are looking for a :

Business Assistant 100%

For a temporary position 

Description de la mission

The future Business Assistant will have to support the department in various tasks including :

  • Direct administrative support to the VP
  • Sales Capability, travel/calendar as well as travel/expenses for a Senior Director
  • Budget tracking for Global Sales budget (about 3-4 Pos per month through)
  • PO creation, tracking and budget allocation
  • Meeting, travel and expenses support to the above staff
  • Prepare meeting documentation without supervision, i.e. gathering of information, preparation of presentations, reviews, scorecard, etc.
  • Manage allocated budget areas
  • Prepare and execute seamless organization of top management visits,
  • Manage Workday changes as needed and required based on security roles assigned


Profil attendu

  • Available ASAP
  • English C1
  • 5+ years of administrative assistant experience supporting senior executive management
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced organizational and time management skill
  • Proficient verbal and written communications skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • High level of diplomacy and discretion
