Junior HR Process Coordinator FR/ALL/ANG at 100%

and available ASAP

Description de la mission

  • Maintain and update candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and current information ;
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, including phone screenings, video interviews, and in-person meetings ;
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates, if required ;
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and interview schedules ;
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the availability of interviewers and interview rooms ;
  • Support the recruitment team in conducting reference checks and background screenings as necessary ;
  • Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms ;
  • Generate reports and maintain recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement ;
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and maintaining recruitment-related records ;
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing suggestions and implementing best practices.


Profil attendu

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification ;
  • Fluent in French, German and English. Swiss German is a plus ;
  • 2-3 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or HR department ;
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software a plus ;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously ;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records and data ;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace ;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity ;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment ;
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
