Description de la mission

• Manage incoming calls coming from Italy,
• Deal with order processing through Oracle,
• Manage goods delivery, billing, invoicing, credits, returns,
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction,
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication,
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools,
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas,
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents,
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Profil attendu

• Italian mother tongue AND English/Spanish (C1)
• Customer focused and service oriented,
• Confirmed experience in a customer interfacing environment, with direct customer contact,
• Excellent telephone skills with a pleasant manner, ability to adapt to difficult situations and confidently provide customers with the highest standard of service,
• Strong command of MS Office AND Oracle,
• Fully available for an immediate start.
