For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a : 

HR Generalist

for a permanent position 80% - 100%

Description de la mission

  • Support full employee-life-cycle (onboarding, mutations, off-boarding)
  • Support recruitment whenever needed
  • Prepare payroll information for the external HR company
  • Resolve HR-related queries from employees.
  • Communicate HR policies, procedures and programmes to employees.
  • Tracking of hours worked and time recording and maintain accurate records of holidays, sick leave and other absences.
  • Coordinate the management of sick leave and facilitate the return-to-work process.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
  • Be a point of contact for conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programmes.

Profil attendu

  • You have at least 5 years' professional HR experience in a similar role in Switzerland
  • Ideally, you have a federal diploma as a specialist in personnel management; further training in HR would be an advantage
  • You have a good knowledge of employment law, social insurances, pension plans and HR processes
  • Current IT tools (Office packages, knowledge of Kelio et Abacus is an advantage)
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English and French
  • You are IMMEDIATELY available
