Beschreibung der Mission

• You assist Project Manager on small projects (search for data on potential suppliers, workshops organisation, visits)
• You prepare slides, update KPI's, capture latest status
• You capture and send out meeting minutes, update project actions log/trackers, analyse an run models for strategic decisions (return on invest models, cost saving opportunities, smart sourcing)
• You assist in cost assumptions, interact with team for collecting data/understanding timing, releases, demand and forecasts

Erwartetes Profil

• Technical background
• First experience (1-3 years) in a similar position within an international environment
• Good knowledge of Project Management
