Our client an international organisation based in Geneva is looking for a

Talent Acquisition Partner

available immediately for a temporary contract. 

Beschreibung der Mission

Together with the team, your primary responsibilities will:

  • Partner closely with and be the trusted adviser to Métiers and all hiring partners on all activities related to Talent Acquisition
  • Engage with and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the whole selection process
  • Share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition activities and tools
  • Serve as a standard-setting expert, proposing assessment solutions (pre-recorded interviews, online tests, language tests, interviews) with a coaching approach to ensure stakeholder engagement & a thorough process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, and perform regular recruitment trend analysis
  • Master the use of the recruitment module of our HRIS (Success Factors) and other relevant tools
  • Support the employer branding and act as a Digital Ambassador on LinkedIn, XING, Glassdoor, etc
  • Participate, and lead as assigned on development work and various project streams across the HR Division

Erwartetes Profil

  • University degree or equivalent in human resources or business administration
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition with international exposure
  • Proven ability to manage large scale recruitments (which includes excellent organization skills and prioritization)
  • Previous experience in managing stakeholders, interviewing, and working in multicultural environments
  • Previous experience in the humanitarian and/or voluntary sector is a very strong asset
  • Excellent command of English mandatory. Knowledge of French is a strong asset
  • Computer literate and experienced in using and maintaining applicant tracking systems and databases, preferably SAP Success Factors.
